I was worried it'd be too big for me, but the material is stretchy, and thin. It's very comfortable and fits very well.
Perfect under short skirts. It goes a bit high on the waist so make sure it's a high-waisted skirt.
Also, if it's a mini skirt, it might be too long on the thighs. If it's not a mini, and just a short one, then no worries, it covers the cheeks perfectly without being too long.

Very good quality. The fleece is very thick and warm. All seams are well stitched, comes with all tags. The size is European, you can take the one you usually wear. It fits me perfectly. The bottom has an elastic band, so it fits tightly, but it's a bit short.
